Sealants provide a clear, strong barrier over molars to protect kids’ teeth from decay and prevent cavities. The sealant is “painted” on the teeth, and then dried by special light. Sealants last for several years and provide unequalled cavity protection.
Similar to dental sealants, except the doctor uses either air abrasion or a fine-tip drill to clean the grooves of suspicious teeth prior to restoration.
